Firstly amazing service... the cook himself gave us a warm welcome. Secondly I had some food restrictions and he noted everything out, kept and delivered customized bhuna chicken for me. I was really impressed with the efforts and also keeping all restrictions in mind he could deliver such a delicious dish I could never have had experienced this anywhere else. Thirdly my husband ordered non-veg thali... which was equally amazing... with 1 mutton curry and two chicken dishes along with Fried rice, lachcha paratha, daal, papad, chutney and gulab jamun. Fourthly since I had restrictions the cook added complementary curd on side. Cutlery needs some improvements otherwise... given price, innovative menu with presentation and such a warm and wonderful service we had a really nice time.

Indigma was fantastic! I’d been searching for great Indian food in Baltimore, and I finally found it. The dishes were delicious—classic Indian staples with elevated flavors. The decor was beautiful, and the staff were warm and attentive. The chef even stopped by a few times to check on us, which made the experience feel extra special. I’ll definitely be back!

The lamb saag was thrown in and it was amazing. The lamb was not fat but rather soft and tasty, the sauce looked and tasted so much earthy and spiced on spinach. It has been taken to a new level as comfort food. It filled the portions much up to be ideal and the naan on the side was excellent at getting all the remaining food. I would strongly suggest this recipe in case you like strong, meaty tastes!

Indigma is absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this creative Indian fusion restaurant - we celebrated my husband’s law school graduation here with our family of 11. The food is cooked fresh after you order. We enjoyed the avocado chaat and open face samosa and curry leaf chili chicken appetizers, okra bindi masala, navaratnam kurma, eggplant poriyal with coconut, goat curry, chicken kebabs with gravy, garlic and plain naan, rice, and gulab jamun. Everyone enjoyed the flavorful food by Chef Tony and attentive service by our phenomenal server! We will definitely be back!!!!!
